The rules for using NovaMaster, in plain English.

1.The agreement

These terms are between you and Master Software Solutions LLC ("we"), which runs NovaMaster. By creating an account or using NovaMaster you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on that business's behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

2.Accounts and your team

  • The person who creates the shop is its owner and is responsible for everything done on the account, including by the team members they invite.
  • Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else got in. You can sign out other devices in Settings.
  • Each person needs their own login. Sharing one login between people isn't allowed; add them as team members instead.

3.Plans and billing

NovaMaster is sold by the year, billed in advance:

  • Basic: $199 a year for one person.
  • Pro: $297 a year for one person, plus $129 a year for each extra person.
  • Team: $699 a year for 5 people, plus $49 a year for each extra person.

Plans renew automatically each year until you cancel. Seats you add, or a bigger plan you move to, mid-year are charged for the rest of that year; a smaller plan or fewer seats mid-year turns the unused time into credit toward your next payment. We may change prices, but never during a paid year, and we'll email the owner at least 30 days before a new price applies to a renewal. Prices don't include taxes, which we add where the law requires. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4.Your designs, logos and photos

You own what you make and upload. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run NovaMaster for you, including showing a design to anyone you send a client preview link to.

You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload or put in a design, including client logos, team and brand marks, characters and photos, and for getting your client's OK to photograph their vehicle.

5.The design library and trademarks

The library includes vehicle, brand, team and other marks so you can show clients what a custom design could look like. Those names and logos are trademarks of their owners. Including them isn't an endorsement and doesn't give you a license to use them. Deciding whether a job needs the owner's permission is up to you. If you own a mark and want it removed, tell us through the contact form.

6.Measurements, templates and installs

Vehicle sizes, roof openings and colors in NovaMaster come from public listings and estimates. They're a starting point for designing and selling a job, not a measured template of any vehicle. Measure the actual board before you print and drill.

You're responsible for the install: drilling, wiring, airbag and sensor locations, fire safety and following the kit maker's and vehicle maker's instructions. We aren't responsible for damage to a headliner, vehicle or anything else that comes from cutting, drilling or installing.

7.Acceptable use

  • Don't break the law or anyone else's rights with NovaMaster.
  • Don't try to get into other shops' data, probe or overload the service, or get around plan limits.
  • Don't copy, resell or scrape the vehicle library or design library.
  • Don't use client preview links to send anything other than your designs.

8.Changes and availability

We keep improving NovaMaster and may change or remove features. If we remove something your paid plan depends on, we'll tell you first. We work to keep NovaMaster up, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9.Ending your account

You can stop renewing at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, and we'll tell you why when we can. After an account closes, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.Disclaimers and limits

NovaMaster is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim about NovaMaster is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12.Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account owners at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
